Below you'll find all the important information related to shipping and delivery of your orders.

Handling Processing & Cut-Off Times

  • Order Processing Time:
    All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday), excluding holidays.
  • Order Cut-Off Time:
    Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST (USA) or 5:00 PM GST (UAE) will be processed on the same business day.
    Orders placed after this cut-off will be processed the next business day.

Transit Times 

  • UAE Transit Time 2 to 4 Business Days 
  • USA Transit Time 6 to 7 Business Days

Total Delivery Time 

  • UAE Total Delivery Time 4 to 7 Business Days 
  • USA Total Delivery Time 8 to 10 Business Days 

Note : Delivery times may vary slightly based on location, carrier performance, or public holidays.

Shipping Coverage & Methods

  • We currently ship nationwide within the USA and UAE.
  • All orders are shipped via trusted courier partners (e.g., FedEx, Aramex, DHL, USPS).
  • Shipping Fees:
    • FREE Standard Shipping is available on all orders.
    • No hidden charges or handling fees.

Order Modifications & Cancellations

If you need to make changes to your order (e.g., size, color, address), please email us as soon as possible at support@shodows.com .

  • Order Cancellations can only be made before the order has shipped.
  • Once shipped, the order cannot be modified or canceled.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with:

  • A tracking number
  • A link to track your package in real-time
  • Tracking details typically become active within 24–48 hours after shipment.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
  • Shodows is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
  • If your address needs to be updated before shipment, contact us immediately at support@shodows.com .

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If your order:

  • Is delayed beyond the expected delivery time
  • Arrives damaged
  • Or shows as delivered but you haven’t received it

Please contact us at support@shodows.com with your order number. We’ll work directly with the carrier to resolve the issue or offer a suitable resolution (refund or replacement).
