Refunds: Refunds are processed according to our Refund Policy. To request a refund, please email support@shodows.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase before they are processed for shipment. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may request a return as per our Refund Policy.
