At Shodows, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, don’t worry — we’re here to make things right.
This policy applies to all orders shipped within the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and the United States (USA).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- You will be notified regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Once approved, we will process your refund within 24 to 48 hours, and it should reflect in your account within 7 business days. If it does not appear, please contact us.
- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (such as receiving a wrong or damaged item).
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
If you need a different size, color, or item:
- Return your original item for a refund.
- Place a new order for the item you want.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Items on sale or marked as "Final Sale"
- Gift cards
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Any item that has been used, worn, or altered
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Send an email to support@shodows.com including:

- Photos of the item and the packaging
Once confirmed, we will offer you either:
- A free replacement, or
- A full refund, including any shipping charges
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days:
- Double-check your bank or credit card account.
- Contact your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary.
- If you're still unable to locate the refund, please email us at support@shodows.com for further assistance.
Return Address
Returns must be shipped to the return address provided in your return approval email.
Important: Do not send returns to the warehouse or use the shipping label address unless instructed. Unauthorized returns may be delayed, lost, or rejected.
Your Rights (UAE & USA Customers)
As a customer in the UAE or USA, you may have additional rights under local consumer protection laws. At Shodows, we fully comply with all applicable regulations, and your legal rights will always be respected.
