Will I receive a confirmation email when I place an order?
Yes, once your order is successfully placed, you will automatically receive a confirmation email with your order details. If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.
How do I process a return?

Are any products non-returnable?
Yes. The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

- Personalized or custom-made items
- Any item that has been used, worn, washed, or altered

How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once your return is received and inspected:

Can I exchange an item?
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different size, color, or product:

- Place a new order for the item you want
What if I received a damaged, defective, or wrong item?
We’re sorry for the inconvenience! If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
