Return Window
You may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date your order was delivered.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
- All original tags, labels, and accessories must be intact
- A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Discounted or clearance items marked as “Final Sale”
- Gift cards
- Custom-made or made-to-order products
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like to order a different size, color, or product:
- Return the original item (if eligible)
- Place a new order separately
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:
- Email us at support@shodows.com within 30 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number and reason for return
- Our team will review your request and provide:

- The appropriate return address
Returns sent without prior approval may be refused or not processed.
Return Shipping Instructions
- Use a trackable courier service
- Keep your shipping receipt for proof
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect
- We are not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We’ll notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund

Once approved, we will process your refund within 24 to 48 hours, and it should reflect in your account within 7 business days. If it does not appear, please contact us.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Email support@shodows.com with:

- Clear photos of the product and issue
- A brief description of the problem
We will offer a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping.

This policy is designed to comply with applicable consumer protection laws in both the UAE and the USA. Where local laws provide additional return rights, we will honor those in full compliance.
