Return Policy

You may return your item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • All original tags, labels, and accessories must be intact.

  • You must provide proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or invoice.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Please note that the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Products marked as “Final Sale” or clearance

  • Gift cards

  • Custom-made or personalized items

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear

How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process:

  1. Contact our support team at support@shodows.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include your order number and a brief explanation of your return reason.

If your return qualifies, we’ll provide:

  • Return authorization

  • Step-by-step instructions

  • The correct return address

Please note: Returns sent without prior approval may be refused or unprocessed.

Return Method

By Mail:
Use a trackable courier service when sending back your return and keep your shipping receipt for proof of return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You’ll receive an email confirming whether your refund has been approved or declined.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 24–48 hours, and funds typically appear in your account within 7 business days.

Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Email support@shodows.com with:

    • Your order number

    • Clear photos of the product and issue

    • A brief description of the problem

Once verified, we’ll offer either:

  • A replacement at no cost, or

  • A full refund, including return shipping.

Please do not send returns to any warehouse or address without prior authorization unapproved returns may be rejected or lost.
